The trader purpose was to provide appropriate irrigation systems to different farming groups in Adjumani district with the target of improving vegetable production and generating incomes for farmers throughout the year.

The work also involved training different farmer groups. Vantech implemented this work in partnership with the production team of Adjumani district.
The irrigation system kit for each group at least covered 2-acres of land.
